Job Summary:
Provide FANTASTIC customer service to thousands fans and NBA clients at all identified Clipper, Lakers, STAPLES Center, and Various events in the LA Area
Manage the operation of the Jam Session MVP Volunteer Table Setup at each event
Ensure setup and surrounding areas are clean and safe at all times
Assist in all administrative aspects of managing a 1500 person volunteer database (i.e. signup sheet preparations, data entry of acquired names per event, etc.)
Summary of Qualifications:
Previous volunteer management experience or experience working in the event industry very helpful
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work long hours
Positive demeanor with excellent stamina
Ability to work both independently and in a group environment
Must be detail-oriented, mature, responsible and have excellent organizational and analytical skills
Superior oral communication skills
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of and prior experience with administration of a collegiate sport program budget;
· Prior experience coordinating the daily schedule of a collegiate sport program including making all necessary arrangements for group events.
